ENTREPRENEURSHIP WORKSHOP 2026
Surabaya, April
25, 2025 - The Entrepreneurship Workshop 2026 was successfully hosted by the
English Language Education Department Student Association (HMP PBI) of the
Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This
workshop topic was “Starting Smart: Young Entrepreneurs in the AI & Digital
Era.” It was held on the fourth floor of the FTIK building at UIN Sunan Ampel,
Surabaya. This workshop was attended by students from UINSA Campus 1, and even
from UINSA Campus 2. The goal of this workshop was to give students the
information, networking opportunities, and communication skills they needed to
succeed in the contemporary corporate or business environment.
At 08.00 AM,
the entire Entrepreneurship Workshop Committee opened the gate and invited
participants to enter by forming a long line and were invited to fill in the
attendance list first. After entering the event room, the workshop participants
were invited to take their seats as directed by the committee.
The event commenced at 08:30 AM with an official opening by the MCs from the English Language Education Department, Dhamar Ibrahim kadista putra and Hidayatul Maulidiyah Dwi Agustin. The opening was followed by the singing of the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and Hymne of UINSA. After that, welcoming remarks were delivered by the Chief Executive of EntreWorkshop 2026, Akvina Putri Fauziah, followed by the Chairperson of HMP PBI 2026, Nurul Hidayati. The session continued with an online speech via Zoom by Ma’am Rakhmawati, M.Pd., the Head of the English Language Education Department, who officially opened the event.
The main
session was led by the moderator, Nur Habibah Masyhuroh, who guided the
discussion smoothly and kept the audience engaged throughout the workshop. The
workshop material was delivered by Aliyah Nabilah, S.Pd., the founder of the
eco-friendly clothing line Jejak Alam Earthwear and the current Chairperson of
the PBI UINSA Alumni Association (CEDA UINSA). As the most anticipated speaker
of this year’s workshop, she shared insightful perspectives and practical
experiences on navigating the digital and AI landscape as a young entrepreneur.
Through her presentation, participants gained valuable knowledge on building a
brand, utilizing technology effectively, and maintaining sustainability in
business practices.
Following the
main session, the event continued with an interactive Q&A session, allowing
participants to engage directly with the speaker. During this session, workshop
participants enthusiastically asked questions related to their business ideas,
challenges, and future plans. The speaker responded with thoughtful and
encouraging answers and also gave meaningful door prizes. The next session was
the handover of certificates to the moderator and the speaker by
representatives of the workshop committee.
The session
then continued with a singing performance by the Skill and Talent Division of
the English Language Education Department Student Association as the closing.
The final agenda was a documentation session, where all workshop participants,
the committee, and the speaker took photos together. After that, the
participants were allowed to go home.
