Batch I
Surabaya, May 16, 2025 - The Student Forum Batch 1 in 2025 was successfully organized by the Student Association of English Language Education Department (HIMAPRODIPBI), Faculty of Tarbiyah and Keguruan, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This activity began at 08.30 WIB and took place on the 4th floor of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. The event began with the official opening by the MC, followed by the playing of the national anthem Indonesia Raya and UINSA Hymn.
The opening remarks were given by Arya Putra Nugraha as the Chief of Student Forum 2025, then by the Head of HMP PBI Muhammad Muzakky Al Himam, and then remarks from the Head of English Education Department, Ma'am Rakhmawati M.Pd. The event then continued with the handover from the MC to the moderator who then guided the main session.
At 9 AM the aspiration session began. Students from each batch, from 2nd semester to 4th semester, they directly conveyed their aspirations in turn. Each class from each batch was represented by a maximum of two people. After that, at 9.30 AM, it was continued with the reading of the questionnaire results, where the operator also displayed a PPT containing the survey results that had been collected from the previous day. The response session from lecturers took place from 9:40 to 10:15 AM, led by the moderator who guided the discussion between participants and lecturer representatives.
In closing, the moderator handed back control of the event to the MC, who then officially closed the entire series of Batch 1 2025 Student Forum activities. This activity is expected to be a forum to convey aspirations and strengthen communication between students and lecturers in order to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process in the English Education Study Program.
