International Seminar on Self-Development Explores Productive and Innovative Habits to Build New Skills
Surabaya, July 14, 2023 - A highly anticipated international seminar titled "Self Development: Engaging Productive and Innovate Habits to Build a New Skills," took place on July 14, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Auditorium of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The event, organized by the Student Association of the English Language Department, aimed to provide valuable insights and practical strategies for personal growth and skill enhancement. The event was moderated by Mr. Agil Abdur Rohim M.Pd., a lecturer in Sunan Ampel Islamic State University. With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, Mr. Agil skillfully guided the proceedings, ensuring a smooth flow of information and interactions throughout the event.
The International seminar featured two authoritative speakers who shared their expertise and experiences with a diverse audience. The first speaker is Esther Nathalia Lubis, is a renowned content creator and a distinguished alumnus of the Law Department at the University of Gadjah Mada (UGM). With her unique blend of creativity and knowledge, Esther captivated the attendees with her remarkable journey and insights into self-development. During the seminar, an interactive Q&A section provided participants with the opportunity to engage with the speakers and delve deeper into the topics discussed. One of the attendees came from the United States, posed a thought-provoking question, further enriching the seminar's dynamic atmosphere.
The second speaker was Cynthia Pawelzik, is a native English speaker with a remarkable background in various industries, originating from San Francisco. Ms Cynthia expertise and proficiency in the English language made her an ideal choice to discuss the importance of language skills and their role in personal and professional development. Her session provided attendees with practical tips and techniques to improve their language proficiency and gain a competitive edge in today's globalized world.
